CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR - – Norwegian Market
Successful candidates for this positions will be responsible for providing support to current and prospective customers, dealers and distributors. The position will encompass some or all of the following activities: customer enquiries, help desk, customer service. The position involves significant telephone support in the context of a call center and/or face to face contacts with external customers as well as attending industry fairs.
•Fluent knowledge of Norwegian
•Fluent English language skills;
•Excellent communication abilities;
•Ability to build relations with customers;
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
•Experience of working with customers
