Qualifications and experience:
•Proven track record of delivering significant HS&E improvements in an international environment.
•Strong commitment to driving continuous improvement.
•Demonstrable experience in dealing with and influencing senior executives.
•Extraordinary drive for results.
•Degree preferably in a field related to Engineering, Production Management or HS&E.
•Ability to work in a team and to communicate globally.
•Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
•Excellent written and spoken English.

Rolls-Royce Poland is looking for an experienced and talented person responsible for providing professional advice and consultancy in HS&E management to our global Marine team and to help championing standards to drive performance improvement.
Location: Cracow/Gniew (relocation/commuting needed)
•Developing Health, Safety & Environment policies, objectives and targets based on the needs of stakeholders.
•Developing and supporting the HS&E Management System with particular emphasis on the risk management process.
•Leading HS&E Management activities across Marine, maintaining full co-operation with the Corporate HS&E team and Occupational Health.
•Participating in HS&E Committees and meetings both in Marine and the wider Rolls-Royce business in order to share Company best practice across Marine.
•Assisting businesses in development and implementation of targeted improvement plans and providing the necessary training and communications material to achieve these objectives with regards to HS&E.
•Providing a mentor and coaching role to HS&E professionals in the Marine sector and managing a team of two Performance Improvement managers.
•Deputising for the Senior Vice President - HS&E Marine, as required.
