•Ability to influence all levels of organization.

•Degree preferably in a field related to Engineering, Production Management or HS&E.
•Ability to work in a team and to communicate globally.
•Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
•Excellent written and spoken English.

Rolls-Royce Poland is looking for an experienced and talented person responsible for planning and conducting HS&E audits across our Marine sector, as well as providing professional consultancy and advice to our sites with regards to all aspects of assurance.
Location: Cracow/Gniew (relocation/commuting needed)
•Ensuring that consistent and regular audits are in place and providing follow ups on these.
•Sharing HS&E best practice across the Marine team.
•Providing input to the overall HS&E strategy & plans, including the management framework, learning and assurance.
•Performing HS&E investigations as required and providing consultancy on matters arising out of these incidents, or applicable incidents in other Rolls-Royse sectors.
•Putting in place compliance campaigns and training programmes as required.
•Monitoring HS&E risks and adequacy of controls.
•Advising on appropriate KPIs set-up for HS&E activities.
•Identifying improvement needs through information gathering & analysis.
•Participating in Corporate HS&E committees and meetings as required.
